A med spa site that books — and a chat assistant that answers chat, text, and the phone.
$1,500 builds it — first 30 days of the assistant included. $497 a month after that. Two new bookings a month and it has paid for itself.
A site rebuilt around bookings — and your first 30 days of the assistant on the house.
A full rebuild of your site, plus your chat assistant trained from scratch on your menu, your pricing, and your booking flow — answering chat, SMS, and the phone in your voice the day you go live. The first 30 days are included. You watch it work for a month before the monthly starts.
- A full site rebuild — pages structured so visitors find prices, services, and the next step at the moment of interest, not three clicks deep.
- Your chat assistant trained from scratch on your actual menu, your pricing, your booking flow, and the questions your front desk gets asked every day.
- The first 30 days of the assistant included — running on chat, SMS, and your phone line. Monthly billing starts on day 31.
- Mobile-first, sub-two-second load. Booking link one tap from anywhere.
- Schema markup so search and AI assistants describe your med spa correctly.
- Before-and-after galleries laid out so consent and credit are clean and patients can actually see the work.
- Live in 30 days. You see drafts in week two.
A receptionist who answers chat, text, and the phone at midnight on a Sunday.
The monthly isn't a maintenance tax — it's the chat assistant working three channels at once, in your voice, on your menu. Math: at a $400 average ticket, two new bookings a month from the assistant and you're already up. Most med spas land four to eight. Billing starts on day 31 — you watch it work for a full month before the first $497 hits.
- On your site: answers visitor questions the moment they ask — 9 at night, Sunday morning, mid-Botox-day — and walks them to your booking link.
- On SMS: replies to the after-hours text, the parking-lot question, the "do you have anything next week" message — same voice, same menu, same booking link as on the site.
- On the phone: picks up the calls you can't — during a treatment, over lunch, after-hours, on weekends. Answers the question, books the appointment, or takes a clean message.
- Trained on your actual menu, pricing, and booking flow. Will not make up prices or invent treatments you don't offer.
- Retrained whenever your menu changes — new treatments, new injectors, seasonal offers, price updates. You email, I ship.
- A monthly read on what the assistant caught for you across all three channels — how many inquiries it answered, which questions came up most, which turned into bookings.
- Site upkeep included on top — speed, accessibility, broken-link checks, and one revision request a month with no new invoice.
The kind of imagery that closes.
Every treatment page in the rebuild ships with original photoreal imagery of the actual treatment you offer — not stock, not the same six women everyone else uses. Diverse, warm, real. The patients you want, sized into the frames you need, on your menu, by name. Included.

What you're agreeing to.
At a $400 average treatment ticket, two new bookings a month from the assistant covers the monthly. Most med spas catch four to eight — across chat, SMS, and the phone calls they couldn't pick up. What you stop paying for: the slow weekend response, the inquiry that came in at 10pm and went somewhere else by morning, the call to your front desk that rang out at 1pm because she was with a patient.
Thirty days. Four moves.
What people ask before they reply.
Why $497 a month?
Because the chat assistant is working three channels at once, every minute — on your site, on SMS, and on the phone — in your voice, on your menu. The first 30 days are included in the rebuild, so you watch exactly what it's doing for a month before the monthly even starts. By the time the first $497 hits, you've already seen a month of inquiries it caught for you. Math: at a $400 average ticket, two new bookings a month from the assistant and it's already paid for itself. Most med spas catch four to eight. The monthly also covers retraining as your menu changes and a read on what it caught. If after that you'd rather take it from here, you can cancel and keep the site.
Does the assistant actually pick up the phone — or is it just a chat widget?
It actually picks up the phone. We route a number to the assistant — it answers in your voice, handles the question, books the appointment when it can, and takes a clean message when it can't. SMS works the same way: replies on your text line, with the same answers. Chat the same: embedded on your site. Three channels, one assistant, one consistent voice. Patients don't notice they're talking to a system — they notice they got an answer.
What happens if I cancel the monthly?
You keep the site, your patient data, and every appointment the assistant booked while it was running. The chat assistant itself stops — across all three channels — so you give up the 24/7 inquiry capture on chat, SMS, and phone, ongoing retraining as your menu changes, and the monthly read. No claw-back, no penalty.
How is this different from a contact form?
A contact form collects the question, then waits for someone to answer it. Usually by morning. By morning, choosy patients have asked the same question of three other med spas and booked the one that answered first. The assistant answers in the moment — across chat, text, and the phone, in your voice, on your menu, with your booking link. The form is a leak. The assistant catches what the form was missing.
How do you train the chat assistant on my treatments?
From your existing menu, your pricing, your booking flow, and a 30-minute call where you tell me the questions you get asked over and over. The assistant learns what you actually do, what you don't do, and how you talk about it. It won't make up prices or invent treatments you don't offer.
What if my booking system is custom or weird?
Most are. The assistant works around what you've got — Boulevard, Mindbody, Vagaro, Square Appointments, a Google Form, a phone number. If something genuinely needs replacing I'll tell you on the first call, before we start.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You tell me when something changes — a new treatment, a price update, a new injector starting next month — and I retrain the assistant. You won't be logging in to a dashboard unless you want to.
Who owns what?
Your site is yours — domain in your name, hosting in your name, the design and content yours to keep. The chat assistant itself is the part I built and maintain, so it stays with me. But everything the assistant collects on your behalf — patient inquiries, contact information, conversation history, and every appointment already booked — belongs to your shop. If we part ways, you keep the site, your patient data, and every appointment on the books. The assistant simply stops working for you, and that's the only thing that goes.
No form to fill. No calendar to navigate. Just reply — or have Mae call you under a minute later.
Email me directly with your current site URL and, if you've got them, your monthly inquiry count plus how many calls go to voicemail. I'll send back a straight read on whether the rebuild plus the chat-text-and-phone assistant is going to pay back for your shop — or whether it isn't.
